Strait Up Services LLC recognizes the importance of protecting sensitive client information and documents submitted in connection with our services.
This Addendum supplements our Privacy Policy and explains how documents and sensitive information are handled within our operational processes.
1. Types of Documents Collected
Depending on the requested services, clients may provide documents including, but not limited to:
- passports or identification documents;
- proof of address;
- corporate records;
- IRS correspondence;
- tax and bookkeeping documents;
- banking-related documentation;
- signed agreements and compliance forms.
2. Purpose of Collection
Documents and information are collected solely for purposes related to:
- service fulfillment;
- compliance procedures;
- company formation coordination;

Access to client documents is restricted to authorized personnel and service providers who require access in connection with the requested services.
We take commercially reasonable administrative and technical measures to limit unauthorized access to client information.

Clients are encouraged to avoid sending highly sensitive information through unsecured communication channels where possible.

Certain documents may be shared with trusted third-party providers strictly where necessary for service execution, including:

- mailing providers;
- compliance providers;
- payment processors.

6. Data Retention

7. Client Responsibility
Clients remain responsible for:
- ensuring submitted documents are accurate and lawful;
- maintaining the security of their own devices and email accounts;
- protecting login credentials for any client portal access.
8. No Absolute Security Guarantee
While Strait Up Services LLC implements commercially reasonable measures to protect information, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Accordingly, clients acknowledge that transmission of information over the internet carries inherent risks.
9. Updates
This Addendum may be updated periodically to reflect operational, legal, or technological changes.
