Due to the administrative and time-sensitive nature of our services, the following refund policy applies.

1. Government & Third-Party Fees

Government filing fees, registered agent fees, courier costs, notarization costs, and third-party expenses are non-refundable once submitted or incurred.

2. Administrative Services

Fees for administrative work, document preparation, consulting time, compliance coordination, research, onboarding, or processing efforts are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Formation & Compliance Services

Once a filing, application, submission, or processing request has been initiated, the related service fees become non-refundable.

4. Banking & Payment Processor Applications

We do not guarantee approval by:

• banks;
• payment processors;
• merchant providers;
• financial institutions.

Denials by third parties do not constitute grounds for refunds.

5. Virtual Office & Mail Services

Virtual office, mail handling, and address services may be subject to minimum terms and cancellation notice requirements.

Unused periods may not be refundable unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact Strait Up Services LLC prior to initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services and collection actions.

7. Exceptional Cases

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis solely at the discretion of Strait Up Services LLC.
